Network Engineer

Salary: $100k-$110k + bonus

Location: Hybrid role in either location

Dallas, TX/Miramar, FL

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
• 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering
• CCDP or CCNP equivalent Required
• Strong experience in:
  • Cisco Networking
  • Routing and Switching
  • Wireless experience
  • Network and Cloud technologies
  • Web Application Firewalls - Palo Alto and/or Cisco Firepower
  • Anti DDOS protection
  • Signature based intrusion detection
  • Security groups in the cloud
  • Knowledge of OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP's basic components, VLAN's and Multi-layer switching

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications and network systems (hardware and software)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical communications and network issues (tier two support)
• Provide input to supplier management team to help manage telecommunications and network-related vendor service level agreements
• Stay up-to-date on telecommunications, networks and network-related technologies
• Serve as a technical resource for infrastructure initiatives that require telecommunications or network expertise
