MSP IT Sales Executive - Hybrid

Role: MSP IT Sales Executive
Location: Reading (hybrid, 1-2 days a week onsite)
Type: Permanent
Salary £29,000 - £42,000 + Double OTE and Benefits.
Start date: As soon as possible

We have a fantastic opportunity for a sales executive to join our client in Reading in a hybrid position, which is permanent.

This role offers great variety in the working day, dealing on all levels with a diverse range of customers.

* You will pro-actively contact potential new clients over the phone, and focus on developing existing
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
* Full sales life cycle management: lead sourcing to account management
* Producing quotations and proposals for all business lines
* Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales
* Forecast sales targets, submit monthly progress reports, and ensure that the data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM system
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
* Conduct presentations and demos of our professional service offerings to potential clients.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and delivery, to ensure a seamless client experience
* Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies

Experience and Skills required
* 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, with a proven track record of success in professional IT services sales
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
* Ability to create, negotiate and manage long term relationships
* Ability to identify client issues/needs and translate into compelling solutions to address clients' requirements
* Positive can-do attitude/self-starter
* Ideally from a Service Management/IT Services background
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ideally experience with ServiceNow, Freshworks and ivanti
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferably in business management
