Lead .NET Developer- Remote/Fleet- Up to £85k + Bonus and Benefits

Our client an industry leading technology brand, part of a consortium of household brands that service the insurance industry are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join their team on a hybrid working arrangement in their office in Fleet (2 days a week on site with some flexibility).

The client have a mission to bring the insurance industry into the modern world, leveraging technology.

Due to expansion the client are looking to bring in a Lead Software Engineer to work on their public facing applications and you will be responsible;

• Setting technical and product direction
• Lead and build a team of Engineers, cross functional
• Influence Technical Direction and coding standards
• work on both greenfield and brownfield projects, new application features to improve our products
• make sure products are delivered with development best practice in mind, automation testing of built features
• Managing the engineering team on a day to day basis

Technology required;

• C#
• ASP.NET (.NET Core)
• HTML
• CSS
• Javascript
• SOLID
• WebAPI
• React/Typescript
• Cloud- Azure preferably
