IT Support Analyst - Tiverton - Up to £24,000 + Bonus

This a Great opportunity for a passionate IT-orientated individual to join a well-established client based in Willand. The successful IT Support Analyst should have experience working in an IT support environment, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team. The role will involve troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining the internal IT equipment within the business. The successful candidate will be joining a growing company in their IT support team, with excellent opportunities to develop their skill set.

Required SKILLS

• Knowledge of Microsoft software and technologies including Microsoft 365
• Windows 10/11, Windows Mobile, and tablet versions.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise your workload.
• Strong customer-facing skills are required to encourage and promote a friendly and approachable IT department.

Required Education:

• BTEC Level 3 in IT or Equivalent (eg Apprenticeship)
• OR ICT Degree
• OR 12 Month experience in a similar role.
