Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the latest, cutting-edge technologies, you will be supporting users across the UK.
• Act as the point of escalation for 1st line service desk engineers whilst also supporting 3rd line engineers and technicians.
• Managing and prioritising workload and multiple open incidents effectively.

What you'll bring to the role:

• 2+ years experience as a 2nd line engineer.
• Experience and understanding of: Windows 10, Windows Server 2022/2019/2016, Azure & Intune, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Networking (Switching/VLANs/Routing/Firewalls), and PowerShell.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem solving and client interaction.
• Excellent communication and organisation, with good attention to detail.
