Your varied role will include the following daily activities, plus more:

• Manage key client relationships with multiple Hiring Managers across your allocated clients
• Build & maintain a key picture of all your allocated clients challenges, projects and org charts
• Identifying leads and opportunities to open up new client partnerships
• Build strong relationships with Senior candidates and prospect clients
• Attending meeting with new and existing clients to explore potential opportunities
• Negotiating fees and terms of engagement
• Present job briefs to colleagues that are delivering against roles
• Searching for suitable IT candidates who match our clients' requirements
• Headhunting and networking on sites such as LinkedIn/GitHub/Stack Overflow
• All aspects of the recruitment process
• Building relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
• Use social media to create a personal brand
• Keep up to date with trends within the Tech industry

Successful candidates will have previous experience working in recruitment, demonstrating their drive, ambition and passion for recruitment. We know making the change from a role that you are earning well in can be difficult, but we provide all the tools, tech and support to be able to make a successful change.
