Your new role
You will join as a Lead Software Developer in the Advanced Research and Engineering Centre. You will be responsible for guiding the engineering of high quality software products, support the setting of department strategy, grow and manage your team and innovate whilst selecting the best tools and emerging technologies. Not only will you have the responsibility of driving the team you will also keep your development skills up to date and collaborate with architects to develop blueprints into design documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as a Technical Lead
- Deep understanding of a variety of technologies and platforms.
- Relevant coding experience ideally .Net/C#
- Evidence of delivery quality software products from a position of leadership
