Partnerships manager - UK mobile network services provider

My client is a San Francisco high-growth consumer InsurTech with a European HQ in London. They are looking for a London-based Manager of Partnerships to manage existing relationships in the UK (mobile network services provider).

Main responsibilities

• Manages relationships with accounts, both on a daily basis and for long-term projects.
• Monitors and improves the performance of programs, focusing on improving sales and customer experiences in stores and online.
• Keeps track of business data, analyzes sales and other information to make strategic decisions.
• Coordinates with management, prepares reports, and provides statistics.
• Designs and implements methods to analyze performance and suggests improvements.
• Develops self and others.
• Works with different teams to make necessary changes to products and services.
• Supports business development in the region.
• Serves as a contact and expert for partner programs and the local market

Requirements

• Experience in a highly analytical role within retail/FMCG/consumer services, or experience in a consulting role working with retail organisations; likely functions: Retail Buying, business development, partnerships/accounts management, Customer success, Operations, PMO.
• Take ownership for own development and participate in a coaching and feedback culture
• Experience of B2B channels
• Strong understanding and preferably experience in the optimisation of customer experiences
• Track record of successful internal stakeholders and client relationship management, project management.
• Strong business/commercial acumen.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Aptitude to work and succeed both in a tight team and alone.
• A likeness for and willingness to travel.
