Operations Engineer (Mobile Tech wireless, RAN, Core, 5G)

We are looking for Operations Engineers for our client.

The engineer shall be responsible of monitoring the RAN, Core, Transport and EMS systems associated with the 5G network. In the event a fault is detected, Break/Fix responsibilities exist.

Job entails:

-Deep fault and break/Fix experience to monitor the RAN Network and when necessary, restore the fault or implement break/fix via the RMA Process.
-Deep fault and break/Fix experience to monitor the Transport Network and when necessary, restore the fault or implement break/fix via the RMA Process.
-Deep fault and break/Fix experience to monitor the Core/EMS/UPF and other IP Network elements and when necessary, restore the fault or implement break/fix via the RMA Process.
-Use of field tools and test equipment which include spectrum analyzers, OTDR, optical power meters, RF Power meters, and applications on the wireless device to troubleshoot IP messages.
-Support the C&I team with Site Shakedown so an understanding of the 5G air interface and performance is required.
-Drive test tools and data collection for the Optimization team.
-Data analysis.
-Strong Technical troubleshooting skills.
