Our client, one of the big 4 consulting firms is looking to host a 2 week intensive training programme for STEM graduates that are looking to break into the financial services industry/consulting. They will offer the successful candidates to be trained on a number of consulting projects across financial services. This 2 week intensive training course will give you the opportunity to be trained for Operations Technology roles the consultancy has with several of their Tier 1 Investment Banking clients.

Candidates will be put through ground-breaking OpsTech' Academy, which provides an opportunity to learn across a wide range of topics including, but not limited to:

• Excel
• SQL
• Agile
• Python
• Automation Tools
• Dashboarding and BI
• Capital Markets
• Trade Lifecycle
• Financial Market Infrastructure
• Banking Products, including Derivatives, Equities, FX and Interest Rates
• People and Presentation Skills
• Project Management
• Business Analysis (BA)

The training will be run between Monday 12th June 2023 to Friday 23rd June 2023, and will be a hybrid of virtual and in-person sessions in London. Candidates must be available to attend the training in full, which will be held during office hours (9am-6pm).

To be eligible to apply for this opportunity you will need an undergraduate degree in a related subject, specifically Mathematics/Sciences/Technology/Engineering.
