C# Developer 12 month FTC, London, City (EC4)

Hybrid model (2 days in office per week). This position will be a developer for the London based Charles River engineering team. The scope of the work will be to code and support Front Office applications in and around the Charles River OMS mainly using C# .net and AWS cloud services.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

-Requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in their own job discipline and working knowledge of related disciplines

-Works independently, receives minimal guidance

-Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

-3+ years of experience in a similar role

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Delivery of FX modernisation project in CRD
• Delivery of new AWS and micro services for data distribution out of CRD
• Accomplished at presenting and delivering to senior stakeholders
• Working closely with London trading and portfolio management business
• Delivering best practice solutions for all development efforts
• 3rd line CRD development support during UK business hours
• Accountable for all parts of the software development life cycle for their projects
• Contributes to the development of best practices within their group
• Lead code reviews and actively participates in providing feedback on others' designs/code
• Accountable for technical debt in their own software
