Senior Jira Administrator

• Flexible hybrid position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Jira Administrator to join our clients who are a global enterprise software company that acquires and operates ERP software businesses that serve industrial SMEs, by providing businesses with the resources and support they need to grow and succeed in their respective markets.

The successful candidate will join the Enterprise applications team and will help implement, standardise, and maintain business applications across all business units.

Responsibilities

• Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Desk on both server and cloud.
• Undertake Cloud migration of Atlassian products from on-premises to the cloud.
• Migrate data, configuration, and scripts from on-premises to cloud
• Evaluate and utilise Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs.
• Skilled in Jira script runner Scripting and can resolve issues in coordination with other admins, partner teams, and Atlassian premier support.
• Create and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and other internal toolchains, and have expertise in User administration, Groups, and SSO setting with Atlassian access.
• Expertise in specific Atlassian plugins such as JEMH, Script Runner, Saphire Squad, Elements Copy and Sync, TFS for Jira, and JSU.

Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience administrating Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Desk.
• Experience integrating Atlassian products with other systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Positive, solution-oriented, and flexible attitude.
• Atlassian ACP100/ACP 120 certifications and ITIL Certification. (Desirable)
