Operations and Compliance Manager

A Compliance Manager opportunity is currently available within a rapidly growing tech consultancy based in London. Reporting to the Chief of People and Compliance Officer, as a manager your role will be to ensure company-wide compliance as well as overseeing office facilities.

The role is split and will be 80% Contract Compliance and 20% Operations Compliance. You will be the escalation point for any complex contracts or queries, regularly reviewing contracts and scheduling changes to ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with any changes in employment law. You will oversee placement approvals for contractors, consultants and permanent conversions and their documentation.

Background wise, the ideal person will come from either a Recruitment business or will have worked for a Tech Consultancy previously. Any experience working with government or financial client contracts will also be beneficial.

You will have a team to manage which include; Contracts and compliance assistant, Compliance Administrator, Ops and Office Administrator and a Timesheet Administrator.

Liaising with teams across the business, the ideal candidate should possess the following experience;

• Knowledge of ISO certifications 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301
• Previous line management experience
• Escalation point for any complex contracts or queries
• Data Protections Laws (GDPR)
• Experience with HMRC Intermediary reporting
• Risk mitigation
• Recruitment or Consultancy background - Contract compliance
