Delivery Management of the incident, problem, and change management. Release management across platforms

The scope of the consultant services is to assist in:

End to End Support for our operations(run) and transformation as part of our BAU operating model
Service Manager responsibilities of Vendor Management, Transition Management and Service Management
Defining and managing service level agreements with business and vendors
Managing external service providers

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP/SuccessFactors/SNOW or any other technologies
- Service Delivery Manager/Release/Dev ops lead
- End to End Support for our operations(run) and transformation as part of our BAU operating model
- Service Manager responsibilities of Vendor Management, Transition Management and Service Management
- Defining and managing service level agreements with business and vendors
- Managing external service providers
