Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: London area
Duration: Permanent role
Salary: £55,000 - £57,000/Year with Car allowance (£330/month)
Type: Hybrid | 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri) | Involve some evenings and weekends, plus on-call

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager, for an industry leader with more than 30 years of experience in providing specialised care and assistance. Caring for over 3,500 people in the UK who have complex needs, such as autism, brain injuries, and learning difficulties.

You will be in accountable for supervising the operational management, leadership, and output of a team of Managers in both regulated and unregulated services.

Experience and qualifications:

• Must have previous experience as a registered manager with CQC registration.
• Experience as an area/operations manager for multiple sites
• Ideally a background in LD care
• Managing teams for the delivery of high-calibre care and responsive services through effective leadership and performance management.
• Supervising and assisting service managers in this endeavour.
• To take part in the on-call schedule for your portfolio and the larger area.
• Attending all registered services, Day services and DCA offices monthly.
  Attending at least 25% of schemes each quarter.
• Carrying out spot checks in services during non-normal working hours as and when required
