IT Support Technician

Robert Walters is working in partnership with a national business that provides support, technology, and services into the education sector. They support in excess of 60 primary education institutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their IT Support offering and are keen to recruit for multiple IT Support Technicians.

As an IT Support Technician, you will support sites with hardware and technical support to a range of users who are both technical and non-technical. The opportunity for an IT Support Technician will pay a salary range of £24,000 to £27,000 plus benefits.

IT Support Technician: Duties

• Provide IT Support across hardware, software and desktop
• Able to support multiple sites
• 1st and 2nd line support
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
• Installation/Configuration of end user devices & software

IT Support Technician: Experience

• Windows Server 2016 & Office 365 - Essential
• Azure & Virtualised Networks - Desirable, but not essential

The permanent opportunity for an IT Support Technician will pay a salary range of £24,000 to £27,000 plus benefits. You will support a multisite environment. This is an opportunity to develop and further your career in IT Support.
