Dynamics 365 Project Operations/PSA Consultant- £80k - £90k + 10% bonus, private medical, life insurance, 25 days holiday and more - Home based with client site travel

You'll be working for a Microsoft partner that, values culture and puts a focus on training and development. They are a well-established Global Consulting business, having set up their UK-based Microsoft Dynamics/D365 practice last year and growing to 100+ staff, they are looking to further grow and staff up with experienced, knowledgeable professionals.

As an integral part of the team, you'll be stepping into the shoes of the customers, understanding their needs and guiding them on the best solutions using D365 Project Operations. You'll be passionate about Dynamics 365 PO, taking joy from guiding customers through Dynamics 365 and eager to expand your knowledge and grow with the business.

What will you be doing?
- Leading and directing the delivery team throughout projects from analysis to deployment
- Managing partner resources to ensure they are assigned tasked and completed within the timeframes agreed
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers for all delivery project concerns and issues throughout the delivery cycle
- Act as the scrum product owner and lead daily scrum sessions

Key Skills Required:
- Extensive experience with, and knowledge of, Dynamics365 Project Operations/Project Service Automation
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
- Proven track record of leading functional workshops with customers, documenting requirements and designing solutions
- Ability to work with colleagues that represent different workstreams/business applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to lead and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Natural problem solver and analytical skills, able to identify and resolve issues
- Passion for continuous learning and development
- Excellent written and verbal English

This role will be home-based with occasional travel to client sites which will be expensed. Please note, sponsorship is not available for this role.
