Responsible for the administration of the Transformation Office (TO), which includes benefits oversight, quality assurance, standards, principles, process, RACI and management activities required to support the Transformation programme. Support the Head of Programme through the provision of governance guidance and the quality assurance of programmes.

My client is looking for a combination of some of the following:

• Demonstrable detail-oriented, analytical and problem-solving mindset ideally with strong numerical academics.
• Ability to proactively contribute, deliver and work towards Transformation office and PMO best practice processes & procedures.
• Ability to influence, engage and collaborate with a diverse range of personalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and articulate communication skills, including ability to negotiate successful outcomes.
• Must be a self-starter, a team player, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Acts with integrity
• Excellent co-ordination/organisation skills
• Analytical and planning skills coupled with an independent, objective and process-oriented way of working.
• Able and confident to challenge assumptions and probe detail.

Desirable skills & qualifications

• University degree.
• P3O and/or MoP practitioner qualification.
• At least 3 years' experience as part of an Exec facing transformation/programme management function
• Experience of managing projects
