Lead delivery for the Applications portfolio and be a Single Point of Contact for all business needs and a liaison between business and IT Services.

- Desirable 14+ years, Min experience of 5 years as Program Manager/Service Integration Leader
- Proven experience in client facing roles, with Senior Executive stakeholders.
- Strong industry experience in one or more domains
- Establishing robust program management governance and controls, including legal and contractual compliance
- Agile Expertise in managing programs in scaled agile (eg SAFe) ways of working
- Create and maintain the sprint backlog, as well as prioritize the stories according to the application vision and strategic roadmap.
- Strong techno domain expertise in the company's business processes.
- Ability to evaluate and analyze existing business processes, and uncover areas for improvements
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architect for reviews and required approvals
- Robust experience in one or more Business-Technology areas (Cloud transformation, Experience/Design led transformation, Digital Transformation, Mobility Solutions, etc.)
- Exposure to Green field development, Platform implementations, Varied Business models
- Ability to drive SOW creation, proposals and other pre sales activities
- English fluency is mandatory
- German fluency is mandatory

- Accountable for Program delivery and value realization, with strong experience across transformation, Support and managed services engagements
- Manage end to end program demonstrating strong execution capability in diverse and/or challenging environments.
- Report to program management office and steering committee on the overall health of the program, delivery quality and progress of tasks
- Manage resolution of issues spanning across multiple tracks and platforms and coordinate with other support teams and vendors to resolve the issue.
- Manage interactions with Vendors through agreed Governance Framework
Provide regular performance reporting.
