IT Trainer

The aim of this role is to be able to provide professional IT training to members of staff, across a range of products and services.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional IT training and knowledge transfer to all staff
• Identify the training needs of all staff within the Firm, deliver training on many different platforms (ie classroom, one-to-one, seminar, workshops and E-learning) to employees of the Firm on a range of software applications
• To promote the use of the Firms IT systems and advertising the training courses available
• Monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of the training and to amend course materials as necessary
• Create and maintain a Learning Management System to ensure all IT training records are up-to-date
• Work closely with the Technology team and business support teams to assist in the planning and implementation of new technologies and upgrades
• Project management of the Firm's training when new systems are rolled out

Profile

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven IT Training experience and working alongside a busy Service Desk function
• Previous experience as an IT Trainer, together with an up-to-date knowledge of current trends and development in E-learning
• Fully IT literate in Office 365 - (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Be able to build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Experience within a Legal Firm is desirable

Job Offer

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000
