Learning and Development Trainer (Customer Services)

• £27,000 upwards depending on experience + competitive bonus.

This client operates in the financial services sector, in the asset management field and they are looking for a new enthusiastic Learning and Development Trainer from a Life, Pensions or Financial Services background that will work as a part of their ever-growing training team.

The Role:

Our client needs someone who can hit the ground running and has strong experience with delivery of training in previous roles.

Aside from Delivery, as a L&D Trainer, you will be using various platforms to create brand new training exercises and content for the customer services team. The content will contain different strategies and tips on how to deal with customer's queries, handle customer complaints whilst upholding the brand. Moreover, you will also be training the Back Office side of customer services on how to escalate issues, do day-to-day admin and handle processes.

Responsibilities:

As a Learning and Development Trainer for the customer services team, you will be:

• Improving the team's soft skills and delivery of services.
• Creating training content through E-learning or Power Points for the customer services teams.
• Communicating and collaborating through visual, verbal, and written means with stakeholders.
• Using your experience with multimedia technologies and video conferencing to carry out exercises and delivery.
