Head of Social

We're looking for someone who loves all things social and is passionate about successful campaigns and client relationships! You'll already be in a management position with motivation to progress to a more senior position and ready to take on the responsibilities.

As the Head of Social, you will

• Play a key role in new business pitches
• Approve all strategy and media plans
• Be the main point of contact for clients
• Report directly to the CEO
• Be involved with the recruitment process, screening CVs, conduct interviews and onboard new team members

To be the ideal Head of Social, you'll have

• 6+ years agency experience in Social
• Hands-on experience with campaign activation and strategy
• Experience managing a team at various levels of seniority
• Problem solving skills
• Experience with finance management
