Application Support Analyst (Private Equity) - Blackrock eFront/SQL/Azure

Your new company relies on multiple applications to achieve its business goals, and one of its primary systems is eFront, which serves as its portfolio book of record and investment management platform. To strengthen the support and functionality of this system, the company has established an in-house support team responsible for maintenance, training, and support.

Your new role

Working alongside another Application Support professional and 3rd party contractors, you will be responsible for enhancing the support capability, performing system enhancements, creating reports, building training materials, and provide training to the wider company. This role works closely with other IT departments - particularly the eFront development team.

What you'll need to succeed

• The ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels to clarify requirements to develop technical solutions.
• Expertise in developing and supporting business applications, ideally using Blackrock eFront or similar portfolio management systems
• Experience of MS SQL Server
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure
