Administrative Business Partner (German Speaking)

Administrative Business Partner vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.
Your tasks:
- Acting as a focal point of contact for other departments and external stakeholders
- Handling confidential information at the highest level
- Coordinating cross-functional partners to help facilitate Country Manager duties
- Planning, leading and managing projects and events of different magnitude
- Creating compelling presentations for internal and external events
- Conducting an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of direct executive support experience in an international corporate environment
- Well-versed in calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling, and event budgeting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience leading small to medium sized multi-stakeholder projects and events is desired
- Language skills: English and German - fluent in written and spoken
Your soft skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
