Administrative Business Partner (German Speaking)

Administrative Business Partner vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.

Your tasks:

• Acting as a focal point of contact for other departments and external stakeholders
• Handling confidential information at the highest level
• Coordinating cross-functional partners to help facilitate Country Manager duties
• Planning, leading and managing projects and events of different magnitude
• Creating compelling presentations for internal and external events
• Conducting an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3+ years of direct executive support experience in an international corporate environment
• Well-versed in calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling, and event budgeting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience leading small to medium sized multi-stakeholder projects and events is desired
• Language skills: English and German - fluent in written and spoken

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
