Nutfield/Redhill (To Work on Key Account)

£25,000 - £30,000 plus quarterly bonus

We are a long-established recruitment agency based in our own offices (Robert Denholm House) in the beautiful Surrey countryside.

Due to the expansion of our biggest key account, we have supplied staff to for over 25 years we have an initial requirement for 2 additional resourcers.

We are currently in the nicest office in the building, a Victorian mansion house with a chandelier and a view over the grounds. We are half a mile down the road from the Nutfield Priory if you fancy a swim, gym session, or massage at lunchtime or before/after work. And surrounded by trails and nice running routes if that's more your thing. We have shower facilities on site.

Driving is ideal and there is plenty of free parking but you can also reach us by bus from Redhill or Caterham/Oxted or if you don't mind a couple of miles walking/cycling uphill from Redhill

Ideally, you will have some experience as a Resourcer but if not will need to be outgoing and not afraid to pick up the phone. You will be good at taking instructions but at the same time not afraid to push back and offer fresh ideas.

Responsibilities as a Recruitment Resourcer

• Sourcing new candidates via advert responses, database searches, and networking
• Organising interviews.
• Advertising new vacancies.
• Using online job and candidate boards as well as LinkedIn to find new candidates.
• Qualifying candidates
• Updating CRM
• Feeding back to candidates and clients after interviews

This role is initially to support a key account but there is no reason why, if you wanted to, you couldn't progress into a fully-fledged recruiter role further down the line.
