Senior Dotnet Developer

We're seeking a AVP level Engineer on behalf of a globally renowned Investment Bank, with a long history of success and innovation based in Canary Wharf, London.

This senior role sits within a highly technical and innovative squad of engineers, who are developing a greenfield, cutting-edge intraday risk trading application suite.

This is a crucial role in a heavily supported team where you will be working on cutting-edge technology and tackling complex problems using appropriate design patterns and best practices.

Key Skills required:

• Strong commercial experience developing with .NET (C# and preferably F#)
• Commercial experience with Cloud integration using AWS
• Strong communication skills, preferably interfacing with clients internal/external
• Development experience with C++ or Python

Nice to have:

• Experience with event-streaming using Kafka/Redis

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical influence over development of greenfield platform
• Working directly with Front Office users and gathering requirements

Where: This role is based in Canary Wharf and you must be happy to visit the office on a hybrid basis.

The team use a hybrid model and welcome a flexible arrangement, they are typically onsite 2/3 days a week.
