Mobile Device Management Engineer, MDM, Workspace One, iOS & Android, London Hybrid

We are recruiting an MDM Engineer for our global HQ in London Bridge. This is a specialist global role that will help to design and support our new strategic tech solutions and require the individual to work with senior stakeholders across teams, divisions and countries, driving sales, profit and compliance for the business.

As an Engineer responsible for mobile device management, you will be actively encouraged to contribute to all aspects of delivery, evaluating feasibility with relevant teams and 3rd parties, exploring requirements and solution development. As our business diversifies, you will be expected to learn and work on technologies and functionality as it's developed, becoming an expert in your area of specialism.

• Administrative control over the Mobile Device Management platform (Workspace One)
• Maintaining device security standards including builds, software updates and new solution design
• Supporting end product/solution operational acceptance by enabling and maintaining agreed functional performance as and where required
• Designing industry leading solutions using up to date relevant technical knowledge (Workspace One MDM)
• Maintaining great service levels for the solution you own working with 3rd party SIAM teams and Service Management teams to prioritise Problem Management
• Workspace One deployment and management experience including device build experience
• Understanding of Apple Business Manager and managing supervised iOS devices
• Technical experience with Google 0 Touch and Android Enterprise
• Service transition experience including build document design and creation
