Junior Desktop Support - £26,000 - £30,000 Onsite/Pontefract

VIQU is currently hiring a Junior Desktop Support to join a large company within the retail sector. The Junior Desktop Support will be part of the Desktop team that is hands-on with the support, installation, and maintenance of the end-user computing for the business. While supporting a high number of users within hardware and software systems.
The Junior Desktop Support will be on-site in Pontefract while travelling to different sites in Doncaster and every couple of months to their Bristol office. This role offers you the chance to be proactive and support many different users. They offer a company car that you can also use for personal use and their travel expenses to the different sites is paid for.

Experience:

1years+ in Desktop support or helpdesk role
Had experience working in a Support role with 1st line and 2nd line support
Experienced with Windows Servers 7/10 and 11
Knowledgeable with Ticketing systems - service now
Worked with Critix
Good understanding of Hardware
Excellent communication
Full UK Driving license
