Senior Process Engineer, Germany

Our client is a brand leader in manufacturing materials solutions for several growth Tech Sectors including the Automotive Sector

The candidate for this significant opportunity will be responsible for engineering support for manufacturing operations, as well as process and product improvement

Responsibilities

The individual will be a key part of the development of innovative processes for the production of substrates as well as further development of existing processes. In addition they will be involved with the analysis of existing manufacturing processes and identification of innovation ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment (preferably automotive)
• Familiarity with process control
• 8D Knowledge (root cause analysis, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• German and English fluency
