Change & Release Manager/Analyst (ERP/ITIL)

We have an excellent permanenet Change & Release Manager job opportunity which is hybrid working, 2 days per week in Birmingham. The role offers excellent benefits including generous holiday allowance and pension contribution.

You key responsibilities for this role would be to manage the entire core systems release cycles and environments. This includes planning, testing, monitoring, reporting, managing production and non-production environments to ensure that the integrity of the environments are protected.

Candidates applying for this role should have the following skills and experience:-

• ERP/Oracle systems experience
• Significant change and release management experience
• Understanding of ITIL and best practice processes around Release Management
