Application Support Analyst

An Application Support Analyst is required by Whitehall Resources to join our client in Cardiff.

This a permanent position offering remote working. Due to the nature of the role, 24-hour support will be required on a rota for logistic functions.

Do you have?
* Technical experience supporting SAP systems?
* Experience supporting local systems such as Kronos Time and Attendance, BT One Phone?
* Previous experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders?
* Ability to support in administration and analysis of costs and performance?
* Experience working with project development teams on new projects and supporting users through the system design?
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment?
