Service Transition Analyst - hybrid working

Sanderson have been asked by our client to help them recruit a Service Transition Analyst who will be working as part of the Service Delivery Team.

The role will entail providing Service Transition experience on a number of projects to ensure a smooth transition into live service following set criteria and the business need. You will do this by working across a number of business teams to ensure relevant criteria is met before live deployment

The ideal candidate will need to have a mix of the following knowledge base;

• Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills
• A background in Service Management including Incident, Problem & Change
• Have worked or is working in an ITIL framework (Certification would be advantageous but not essential)
• Experience in or knowledge of a Service Transition function
• Be able to collate information from a variety of sources
• The ability to work across multiple business areas and sometimes 3rd party suppliers
