I seek a highly skilled .NET Back End Developer to join an expanding team. You will need over 10+ years of experience including working with microservices, RESTful APIs, and confidence in an Azure cloud environment.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will help develop a team of 7 developers, both onshore and offshore. You'll work in an Agile environment, interacting closely with Product Managers, to develop new features and support the E-commerce teams.

My client is a multi-brand retail group which includes a British fine clothing and accessories brand founded over 100 years ago. Over the years they have serviced many distinguished clients including members of the Royal family and Hollywood film stars.

This is a permanent position based close to Paddington station in West London, with a hybrid working model, 3 days office/2days WFH per week.

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in the E-commerce/retail sector and held a hands-on role.
• Overall 10+ years of technology sector experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure is essential. We are utilising several PaaS components for our application including App services, Logic, and Azure infrastructure.
• Experience securing systems using PaaS components, micro-services, and APIs.
• Great database skills in both LINQ and SQL Scripting.
• Excellent C# skills and Angular2
• Implemented/Experience using CI/CD pipelines (we are using Azure VSTS)
• Experience working in an agile environment, we have adopted Scrum.
