SAP EHS Consultant

One of our clients has started an international SAP S/4 Hana program and is looking for an experienced SAP HCS Consultant.

Responsibilities:

1. SAP EHS Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP EHS module to support the organization's Environment, Health, and Safety processes and objectives.

2. System Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the SAP EHS module by performing regular updates, patches, and troubleshooting to keep the system running smoothly.

3. Compliance Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local, regional, and global regulations and standards pertaining to environment, health, and safety. Implement necessary controls and processes to meet these requirements.

4. Data Management: Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of EHS data within the SAP EHS module. Develop and maintain data quality standards and ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

5. Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports and analytics using the SAP EHS module to provide insights into environmental, health, and safety performance. Identify trends, areas for improvement, and compliance gaps and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

6. Training and User Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users on the effective and efficient use of the SAP EHS module. Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance to ensure smooth system operation.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in SAP EHS and related technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the SAP EHS module and drive their implementation.

8. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as EHS teams, IT, and management, to align SAP EHS initiatives with overall business goals. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a subject matter expert on SAP EHS.
