IT ServiceTechnician needed for a permanent position based in Derby. A chance to join an established + expanding IT solutions business.

The role will involve travel to multiple UK customer sites, so you must hold a full UK Driving License (with no more than 6 penalty points). Start ideally June/July 2023.

Key skills, experience + duties will include:

• Your time will be split between visiting UK customer sites + time in the Derby office providing telephone support.
• Key Tasks: IT support, installation, deployment, desktop PCs, data cabling, wireless access points, broadband + IT hardware/software.
• This is a field-based role involving travel to multiple UK customer sites including London + Nottingham.
• Must have a willingness for regular travel across the UK -ie- 2-3 days/week on average.
• Soft Skills: logical approach to problem-solving both by phone + face-to-face at client sites.
• You will have access to a company vehicle from a pool of business use vans.
