Sanderson are currently working with a FTSE 250 professional services company, on the lookout for a Senior Technical Analyst specialising in Enterprise Systems (specifically Oracle Modules including HR and Finance). This role will look to provide support of end-user queries, system changes and enhancements, project initiatives to support system process enhancements, systems training and team development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2ndand 3rd level support for our Enterprise Systems and the business processes they support, working to resolve the issues alongside our key users and 3rd party support partners
• Deliver system changes and enhancements to improve business processes
• Mentor, guide and train the Enterprise Technical analysts
• Provide expertise in developing solutions using the below technologies: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle EBS R12, Oracle RDBMS 12C, Java, OADF
• Current Systems to support: Oracle RDBMS, Oracle EBS, Oracle Hyperion, Various Fin Tech systems
• Ownership, Creation, and maintenance of system documentation which supports IT and the business requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience of working as a Technical Systems Analyst to ensure that key business systems are aligned with, and provide support for, key business processes
• Strong understanding in Oracle technical solutions: SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI/XML Publisher, Workflow
• Experience of a wide breadth of Oracle Modules including HR and Finance
• Knowledge and experience of providing support and analysis for Oracle EBS R12
• Experience in supporting and delivering IT change and IT projects
• Experience in Agile methodologies ideally holding a certification
• Ability to liaise comfortably with key stakeholders while translating technical language into business language
• Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Oracle, Azure)
• Considerable SQL Server and Oracle RDBMS experience
