Method Resourcing has partnered with a fantastic business offering a senior role within their growing engineering team. You will be a proven Engineering Manager with a technical background to work in the development of intuitive and modern improvements to their business-critical CMS.

While not an absolute requirement we are looking for someone who has worked in an environment on enterprise CMS and content-focused businesses.

The role itself is not technical but will include supporting engineers, providing technical guidance and contributing to system design decision-making.

The tech stack includes;

• Typescript
• NodeJS
• GraphQL
• AWS
• Golang

You will come from an Agile background but appreciate that this business is on its journey towards a truly agile approach and not everything is currently textbook. The role will include regular 1:2:1's with monthly and quarterly reviews to help develop your team towards personal and professional growth within the business.

A truly exciting management role working on critical projects and working with a super talented team - they can offer up to £110,000 salary plus a 20% Annual bonus and 16% pension contribution. A remote first model that is flexible - but the team tend to meet in central Birmingham offices once or twice a month.
