Process Manager - Hamburg - Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office).

Our client, a listed Medtech company that is driven by their passion for customer focused solutions within the medical, life science and industrial sectors is looking for a Process Manager You will form part of a global IT team across 5 regions as the Process Manager to enhance the process maturity and improve processes within the global IT team. They offer a very lucrative package in terms of salary, benefits and bonus and hybrid working. They are the leader in their industry and are passionate about people and keeping society safe with products that diagnose, prevent and treat illnesses.

You as the Process Manager will liaise with stakeholders and process owners to understand processes, identify issues, and areas of improvements within global IT. As the Process Manager you will document findings by utilising business modelling terminology and business process modelling notation. You as the Process Manager create process models with the evaluation of IT processes, arriving at realistic estimations, and identify improvement areas for productivity whilst ensuring the deployment of the improvements to existing infrastructure/processes.

As the Process Manager you will need to have an experience working with best practices to be able to validate and audit processes across the global IT function to ensure processes are captured. You as the Process Manager will conduct risk management by documenting risk, threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation actions for future business process improvements. As the Process Manager you will need to measure the effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and will be required to have all round process experience within a global IT function.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in a multinational IT function working as a Process Manager.
  • Understand processes, identify issues, and areas of improvements.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Worked with best practices to be able to validate and audit processes.
  • Conduct risk management by documenting risk, threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation actions for future business process improvements.
  • Measure the effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives.
  • Document findings by utilising business modelling terminology and business process modelling notation.

Working knowledge or experience in the following:

Beneficial:

  • BIC - system experience
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience within Medical industry, either in a consulting company or directly in a life science healthcare Company.

Note. The level is slightly flexible so if you're slightly less or more experienced as a Process Manager please do reach out.

Salary - Euros 85k - Euros 100k + benefits + bonus

Location - Hamburg - Hybrid, negotiable (2-3 days/week in office).

Duration - Permanent.
