Service Designer

The Opportunity:

We are looking to attract candidates who are passionate about service design and working with their clients to deliver first class IT products and solutions.

Candidates will be working in professional services type end-clients across corporate environments in the UK.

The role is critical in supporting the people, systems and processes that deliver world class, business-critical support services for their clients.

Skills and Experience:

• Educated to a high standard with a strong higher education qualification and/or industry related qualifications
• Previous exposure to delivering projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience of working closely with software developers and IT operations staff in a DevOps environment
• Experience of working in a user centred design team as a service designer or other related role from a consultancy, agency or in-house setting.
• Evidence of having developed user journeys, service maps and blueprints
• Knowledge of user centred design principles and best practice
