Senior HR Business Partner

A global IT/data specialist is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract to help assist with generalist support across the employee life cycle. With offices in both Buckinghamshire and London, they offer agile working. Ideally, if you can attend the Bucks office on a weekly basis to meet with the HR Director and wider corporate functions.
Working in partnership with the Human Resources Director and wider teams you will provide advice, guidance, and support to help deliver against the business priorities, aligned to the wider HR Strategy. Building effective and proactive working relationships across all operational geographies and functions, responding with agility to meet the demands of a scaling and maturing business.
With a generalist HR remit and with working experience of HR in France, the HRBP will deliver efficient and effective HR support, whilst proactively seeking opportunities to improve the HR service to the business.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all People related requests and queries in all operational countries.
To provide advice, guidance, and support to promote the application of strong HR practices and adherence to company HR policies and across the business.
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand the business challenges and priorities and take affirmative steps in support of these.
To work closely with Talent Acquisition in support of the company's growth ambitions, including interviewing, recruitment, and managing company on-boarding.
To work with the Human Resources Director to develop and maintain the company's HR policies and practices ensuring they are compliant with employment legislation across all operating jurisdictions.
Support with the development and implementation of an effective employee engagement and well-being strategy.
To contribute to the continuing development and implementation of an effective Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy.
To project support on strategic HR projects as required, eg, reward, learning and development, talent management.
To adopt a mindset of continuous improvement to optimise the performance of the HR function to the business as it continues the journey of growth.
Support managers in resource management, talent management and succession planning
Experience
Strong all round HR Generalist experience gained within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Experience of working across Europe, UK
Sound working knowledge of French employment legislation and HR best practise.
Good experience in the support of Talent Acquisition, including management of new starter and on-boarding processes.
Strong HR advisory skills
Commercial acumen
Reliable with excellent attention to detail
Very well organised, and able to thrive in a fast paced, agile, changing working environment.
Enjoys performing a hands-on role, but with the ability to think big picture
Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
A proactive approach and a mindset toward continuous improvement
The position can start ASAP, therefore would suit someone who is immediately available or has a short notice period.
