ServiceNow Developer

Join an Agile SCRUM team and help deliver exceptional customer service using ServiceNow platform

• Provide technical leadership in ServiceNow platform development
• Design a stable and scalable platform and innovate with new features
• Experience in IT HAM, ITSM, CSM and Service Portal, CSDM, Flow Designer and Integration Hub, Automated Testing Framework (ATF)
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX and 3rd party integration with the ServiceNow platform
• Certified Application Developer and Certified System Administrator for ServiceNow platform
• Lead design workshops and configure the system while using standard processes non customised solutions
• Work well in a self-organising Agile team and mentor other developers in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certification in CIS-Hardware Asset Management, CIS-IT Service Management, CIS-Customer Service Management, and CIS-Human Resources is desirable
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to speak directly to customers and users.
