Salary: Starting at $100k + bonus

Location: Hybrid role in the Washington DC area

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional training in Legal is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills on administrative matters is essential in addition to the use of those skills for training/knowledge sharing purposes
• Experience delivering new hire training for new and current staff
• Experience delivering informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is clear, engaging, and effective, in a classroom, one-on-one, or virtual room environment using the proper medium (PowerPoint, direct demonstrations, Zoom, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering training to staff on how to best use the Firm's technology to enable their success
• Create basic troubleshooting documentation, along with detailed instructions for users
• Other responsibilities include: needs assessment, change management planning, application testing, support, and other project work as required
• Work with a global team to deliver training anywhere in the world, either by audio/video conferencing or in person.
