IT Solutions Delivery Lead

Prestigious Global Company is currently seeking an IT Solutions Delivery Lead. Candidate will collaborate with engineering teams to define and validate the technical approach, strategy, and deliverables for the project.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate effort at varying levels (eg high level, module level) and using various techniques
• Lead, facilitate, and attend meetings; provide project status reports to management; prepare and deliver work products/prototypes
• Leads teams, partners with delivery teams, architects and the business to co-create, design, deploy and run reliable, available and maintainable systems and services
• Work with business partners across different functional areas to understand their needs, and lead prioritization and business value discussions.
• Use your business acumen, technical skills, and knowledge of web applications to estimate effort, engage IT resources, partners, and lead solution delivery.
• Maintain a sense of urgency towards timelines and results. Meet commitments, work through challenges, and complete tasks on time and on budget.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or architect
• 2+ years leading teams of developers
• 5+ years of experience building websites
• 2+ years of experience with agile development practices
• Demonstrated ability to speak to the delivery approach(es) and considerations for different sizes and scales of projects and articulate pros and cons
• Experience serving as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfil both strategic and operational needs
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse business & technical audiences
• Ability to quickly come up to speed when exposed to multiple business and technical functions
• Ability to manage risks and issues, and proactively identify potential roadblocks
• Background in consulting is a plus
• Domain experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Experience with at least 3 of the following: NodeJS/PHP/Drupal/GraphQL/Magento/ReactJS/Azure will be a plus
• Ability to rapidly define target architectures in line with modern architecture & design best practices
• Experience in negotiation and communication at a leadership level
• Strong organizational skills, project and time management skills, and multi-tasking abilities
