Executive Personal Assistant

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Executive Personal Assistant to join their London based team on a 2 month initial contract to provide an efficient, effective and highly confidential administrative support service to our Group General Counsel.

What are we looking for?

  • First tier support staff to assist our General Counsel with the preparation and coordination of commercially sensitive and highly confidential information and documents
  • Support the management of and attend leadership meetings to take minutes, monitor actions etc., and present/provide updates as appropriate.
  • To effectively and efficiently manage and respond to communications (verbal and written), directed to the General Counsel.
  • To effectively plan and maintain the diary, ensuring effective and efficient use of time. To ensure the General Counsel is provided in a timely manner with all relevant documents and materials relevant to the diary commitments.
  • To produce reports, presentations and various communications for in line with company standards including Board papers and communications to shareholders.
  • Work on own initiative on ad hoc projects as required or as dictated by General Counsel
  • To effectively organise meetings, accommodation, venues and travel arrangements for General Counsel in accordance with the company's policy. To ensure all relevant parties are aware of the arrangements made.
  • To be a trusted member of the General Counsel function and mentor to the GC support teams.

Sills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • You can prioritise your tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills. You are capable of successfully interacting with all levels of the organisation.
  • You ensure absolute confidentiality and discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • You are flexible and have a can do attitude. You have excellent problem solving skills and react quickly to both internal and external business needs.
  • Confident user of the Microsoft Office suite.
