Facilities Managment Lead
Role:
Involves the management of 3 FMs through the use of FM software to assign jobs to each team members and issue PPM/Reactive Maintenance work. The new FM may have to be hands on and have an electrical bias. (last FM was heavily involve in electrical installations). Some involvement in budgeting and building life cycles. Assisting in projects they have in the building eg room change, adding additional equipment into the room, involved in setting out what is required to do this.
Location:
New Cross hospital, Wolverhampton
Hours:
40hrs, 8am - 5pm. Some flexibility.
On call: 1 in 4 weeks, 24/7 on call. Very rarely get called out as building isn't open overnight
Salary:
£45-48k. pension, private healthcare, 25 days hol and employee benefits.
Experience required!
- Electrical Bias, 17th Edition and upwards
- Supervisory, Team Leader or Manager experience.
- Aware of FM regulations and HTM
- Ideally an authorised person (AP) but would accept a Competent Person (CP) (Authorised Engineer (AE) is even better than AP)
- Aware of FM regulations
- Personality!
- Experience in facilities of a healthcare building but would consider any PFI environment (private sector investment to deliver public sector service), managed equipment services, cathedral/church FM, government FM, education FM).
