Technology & Data Specialist (SuccessFactors) - Remote - 12 month Fixed Term role - £45,000

The Bridge IT have partnered with a global FTSE 100 company to recruit a Technology & Data Specialist on a 12 month Fixed-Term basis.

The role will focus on triaging queries into the companies People Technology & Analytics team, providing incident and query support on Tier 2 queries relating to global systems, whilst working on People Data and reporting, managing data uploads as well as Carrying out system administration activities to ensure the smooth running of systems.

The successful candidate must have the following:
Previous use of HRIS system Successfactors, ideally in a systems administrator/Analyst role.
Strong problem-solving ability and able to deliver simple solutions to complex problems.
Evidence of a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work collaboratively with peers and across teams, demonstrating effective influencing skills.
Well-organised and efficient - able to manage own workload effectively under own initiative.
