Lead Technical Specialist - Microsoft M365 Stack

This major global client is looking for a Lead Technical Specialist on the Microsoft M365 stack to join their internal team who support their entire UK business in their use of end user tools which provide the ability for their employees to enjoy working in a flexible hybrid format, but still be able to connect, collaborate and communicate effectively. Microsoft is at the heart of their enterprise Digital Workplace stack with M365, Teams and a Windows Desktop providing are large portion of the estate, along with other leading Digital Workplace solutions.

In order to be successful in securing this Lead Technology Specialist role you will need to be much more than just providing application support. You must also be able to take the lead on all technical testing of new products, implementations, configurations and provide the main point of escalation for troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 stack (especially MS Teams), Windows 10 and the networks they run on, so candidates who have come from a Network Support, Unified Comms (UC) background, but have moved in to the Digital Workplace area would have a good advantage in securing this role.
