Hardware Team Lead

Hardware/Electronic Engineering Team Lead required by an established company located in Fareham, Hampshire. The successful candidate will be manage a team of RF and Electronic Engineers working on the development of existing and new products in an innovative environment.

The Hardware/Electronic Engineering Team Lead is likely to have a technical background in either electronic (digital and/or analogue) or RF design with experience in a technical lead or management overseeing teams of design engineers. This role is hands on so will be perfect for someone who still wants to be involved in not only the process but taking charge too.

Key experience

- Product development

- Digital circuit design

- Discrete and integrated components

- RF Design

- Technical leadership/line management of design engineers

Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite

- Analogue circuit design

- Wireless communications

- MATLAB

- Python programming/Scripting

- Design of low power UHF transmitters
