I am working with a UK-based university who are looking for a talented SITS Lead to join our team. As a SITS Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing development of the SITS system/team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery and maintenance of the SITS system, ensuring high levels of performance, security, and availability
• Manage a team of SITS developers and administrators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Work closely with key stakeholders across the university to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure that the SITS system is meeting their expectations
• Develop and implement best practices for the use of the SITS system, including data management, security, and system integration

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SITS Lead or similar role, with a track record of successful delivery and ongoing development of large-scale SITS systems
• Strong technical skills in SITS development and administration, with a deep understanding of SITS architecture and related technologies
• Experience leading and managing a team of SITS developers and administrators
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
