Head of Infrastructure & UK

Infrastructure:

• Develop and manage the IT strategy its staff, clients and contractors
• Investigate new technologies and propose improvements to the business infrastructure.
• Implement and manage the Company's Disaster recovery plan for the office.
• Manage the Company's application/network security and provide a secure platform for the Company's business operations.
• Manage the relationship with external hosting provider, through regular reviews with the Account Manager.
• Manage the Veraciti environment at the hosting provider in conjunction with the provider technical support team and internal team.
• Undertake hosting provider review and contract negotiations in conjunction with the Chief Technical Officer
• Manage Disaster Recovery for Veraciti Solution in the hosting environment.
• Investigate and resolve Veraciti infrastructure issues.
• Manage Veraciti network security in conjunction with hosting provider.
• Escalation of issues to SLT when necessary in conjunction with agreed processes.
• Setting up new users with relevant applications as detailed in Starter form.
• Manage the annual hardware and software review.
• Administration of Sales tools such as Salesforce.
• Oversee management of all internal software office licensing.
• Assistance and support in Partner and OEM - licence monitoring.
• Manage the transformation of the team to incorporate a DevOps team to streamline the software delivery process.

Information Security Management

• Create and maintain processes and QMS documentation
• Ensure business IT changes to meet ISO27001 are scoped and implemented.
• IT Security Officer to monitor and maintain our ISO 27001 Information Security Management System;
• Perform risk assessment and plan for mitigation controls
• Management of the corrective action plan from external and internal audits. Manage action owners and implementation of guidance
• Maintenance and continual improvement of ISO 27001 performance and controls
• Support VP Quality on delivery and maintenance of ISO27001.

Mentoring of the Support Team

• Provide mentorship and guidance to the Head of Customer Support

Personal Specification:

• Background in information security and data privacy
• Have 10+ years of experience of Information and cyber security, Clouddevsecops
• ISO 27001 accreditation and experience of implementing such advantageous
• AWS Solution Architect & Devsecops certification from AWS
